Achtergrond
Het proces dat Stephan begeleidt kan het best voorgesteld worden als het creëren van nieuwe mentale ruimte. Alsof je een volgeschreven pagina opvouwt, zodat je op het onderliggende blad opnieuw kunt schrijven. Problemen worden opties. Opties worden kansen tot persoonlijke en professionele groei.
Stephan Vanhaverbeke is tevens een ervaren trainer. Anders dan de meeste trainingen en workshops laat hij de deelnemers onmiddellijk zelf in de rol van trainer of coach stappen. Omdat je in deze rol nieuwe kennis verrijkt met elementen uit je eigen beleving en ervaring, wordt die kennis iets van jezelf en gaat ze nooit meer verloren. En je ontwikkelt meteen de vaardigheden om met de nieuwe kennis aan de slag te gaan.
Stephan is gecertificeerd NLP Master Practitioner en coach. Hij geeft regelmatig lezingen en workshops, o.a. over Authentiek Leiderschap, de Kracht van Samenwerken en Systeemdenken.
Als Managing Partner verzorgt Stephan Vanhaverbeke de algemene werking en internationale expansie van ubeon | business experts, een samenwerkingsverband van gespecialiseerde management experts, trainers en coaches.
